just joined up recently & must say this site is a "mine" of information, in the past i have owned ,african greys/cockatiels/conures & quakers, sadly, i had to get rid of the birds when my son died of cancer ( just didn't have the motivation anymore) that was 8 years ago & thought i would buy something to use the aviary ( seems silly letting it go to waste) so bought 2 pairs of kakarikies, blooming heck!!, only had them 2 months or so & now each pair is sitting on 6 eggs !! dirty swine's , although , suppose it proves they are happy, anyway , like i said great forum & i will be reading it daily for advice , keep up the good work !!
