How right you were to keep him at home with his loved ones around him, it will also help River and Diesel to come to terms with understanding the loss of their love.

I remember up at the parrot sanctuary, Vonnie told us when a bird passes they take the bird round and let the others see it and say goodbye, at the time I thought OMG, but now I understand this, lots of love Scarlett and Tristan xx
