I know, it always makes me cry thinking what he has been through. He is so grateful for everthing we do for him. When he was given his first bowl with the right seeds in when we got him here he tucked in and was eating it so quickly, he probably was scared I would take it away from him. He tucked into his first bowl of fruit and veg in his life (he never had fruit and veg before) and he loved it!
Poor little ones cage was never cleaned out in 4 years. So when he was rescued they found it hard to get the cage door open because of the years of poop that had dried on. The cage had to be chucked.
He loves life now and we love him.

Why do people get beautiful birds and then treat them like that? Oscar was in a 45 x 45 x 60cm cage for years when he came to me, unfortunately he is not grateful, he loves blood, anyone's will do.
