My next door neighbour's during lock down was going out 2 to 3 times a day. Also having visitors inside their house!!!!! Roy witnessed it whilst washing the car. They then said the other day that because of all the youngsters breaking government guidelines that covid is rising and more restrictions are being put in place. I just was gobsmacked.
As they say one cannot spk to idiots nor can make them see and understand things. U have to build a thick skin from ppl like else they drive u nás. Xxx

Hi all.
Looks busy on here today.
I've just sat down for a drink after the morning rut here.
Both dinosaurs are fine. One is roaming the lounge floor looking for something to destroy. Very helpful.
Made some chop for them and put a goulash dish type for us for tonight in the slow cooker.
It's wet and rainy here. It doesn't look like we can go for walk later. Will then do some exercise on our indoor bike to get the codgers knee moving 😂🤣.Screenshot_20200929-124248.jpgScreenshot_20200929-124253.jpg

Good afternoon all, sunny and bright but breezy here in West Yorkshire!
Had a pretty full morning so far. I have the tree surgeons in doing the tree’s and the bushes in the front and back garden. I was very worried about the birds, managed to get the blinds closed in good time so Bo has only heard the noises, so far he’s continued his destructiveness and not bothered about the men working on our trees 😂

Been out for a run, shocked myself and actually managed to get a couple in this week! Collected some parts for the car, dads fixing it for me this afternoon.
Just need to nip to the shops to get some bits this afternoon to bake tomorrow, working with the traffic unit this week, they expect buns and cakes so they shall have what they requested haha! Hope to be working with them full time soon so hopefully lemon drizzle, chocolate orange brownies and flapjack put me in the good books!😅

Hope everybody is having a good day!

Evening all, l hope the interview went well @Tonifrax, and all you early risers are still awake.
A busy couple of days, weather is much better and has been sunny in the afternoons, although chilly when we set off on a bike ride this morning.
Came home a bit later than usual and Dora decided to show her displeasure at being left at home by marching over to a glass of juice and tipping it over. Not the first time she's done this and the look in her eye says that it's deliberate!
Moved the chicken run so now they have extra shelter from the weather, but the little devils continue to try to wreck my fledgling rockery and tried to eat the crocus bulbs before l could plant them.
Keep well and safe

Wendy when you travelled.with Dora.from the UK to France. Did you have to have any paperwork for Dora or anything at the borders?

Hello,
nothing as far as paperwork goes. I contacted Eurotunnel who said to present ourselves at check in, but apart from being tickled pink to meet her they weren't intetested. The check on the car at border control spotted her and asked what was in the carry case but weren't worried abort her ( or the chickens). I really only presented ourselves the first time i took her. Don't know if Brexit may affect things though.

I have been in a panic today and had to check every flock member, I have two budgies on holiday with me for a week, I noticed blood on the cage at the top, of one of there budgies cages. all my flock seam fine and its surprising on how long it can take, well no sign of injury to any bird so I am hoping the blood was on the cage before it arrived. awaiting a call back from the owner cannot settle all flock members accounted for
