Very busy day Tascha! I wouldn’t have liked to have found a rat!

During harvest season and living further out into the sticks the odd rat are to be expected. Have had a couple of really good feral cats that take down rats in very fast fights and as Diana said they don't eat them just kill them. Not sure as to the reason but perhaps because feral cats live in colonies and their kittens need to be protected from such predators or if it is to do with not tolerating another predator in their "turf". Either way am very grateful to the feral cats that do these jobs hence him getting too breakfasts. Just had a nosy outside and seen him sat on top of the garage playing lord of the manor lol he isn't interested in coming in just up there lounging about :)

It’s not my image of living in the country! Haha I’m sure I’m surrounded by rats living in the city but thankfully I’ve never seen a wild rat... yet!
