Not exactly chop but definitely sprouting. This was a raw breakfast a few days ago:

This was yesterday's cooked mash for the evening meal. Grains and legumes cooked with squash, carrot, celery, ginger, turmeric, chili, bit of garlic, spinach, lemon and loads of fresh sage. I vary the flavours so they don't get bored:

I freeze it in portions. When serving I add flax oil and some peas. Already have an eager customer:

It's dished up with raw sprouts and a few raw fruit and veggies:

Ohhh I love doing kiko’s chop every morning so I thought I’d also post a photo 😁 I have a base chop that I pre-prepare and freeze into three day portions. It’s got blitz’d squash, broccoli, cooked pasta, Cooked mixed legumes, cous cous, and a number other veg that is blitz’d or chopped up, then every morning i make a day mix to go in the fridge. He gets fresh fruit and veg added to it as well as my own sprouts and then I sprinkle some chia and quinoa and mix it all up 👩‍🍳
I portion it out to him throughout the day every three hours or so. Just so it is nice and fresh for him. 01DBEE98-C259-4573-95E8-666D28A0341A.jpeg

I had seen the soaking and sprouting mix on scarlets and was going to ask if anybody recommended this! The concept of soaking and chop seemed scary at first haha, but looking more into it realised it's not that hard 😂 glad your Eddie loves the soaking/sprouted goodies, ordering some today!

Try Realfoods for sprouting supplies, put some time aside as you will be there looking for ages the first time LOL.
