We have two IRN and was wondering about seed mix for them, they used to get Tidymix and then friend gifted us J&J Lean and Fit no sunflower which is running low so need to get something new for them… as well someone recommended us deli nature 68 no sunflower… now I am wondering what’s best ?
 
J&J lean and fit is my main seed mix i use with my flock and my Ringnecks love it. if you email Johnson & Jeff they can tell you the nearest place to you that stocks it or can order it in.
 
Remember we are what we eat and they are what we feed them
So a good quality varied mixture, clean, never buy in too large a quantity as it does go off quick, open the packet/bag and pop it into a sealed container out of sunlight so it stays dry and doesn't sweat, check it regularly to ensure its not going mouldy,
Personally I use Deli Nature and I have also used Tidy Mix the latter being made up of human grade food which the vast majority of bird feeds aren't so quality of content I would say Tidy Mix but it depends on if your bird loves it as well obviously.
 
My two ladies love any seed mix to be honest, I just always try to buy good quality one, we don’t feed them much seeds in general usually I hide it in their forging boxes or toys
