Scent boosters

Hi all, just a thought. I use scent boosters in with my laundry. Since I've had my barraband, Aoife all my washing has been dried outside but now the weather has changed it will be tumble dried. My thought is, is it safe? I'm really not sure. The tumble dryer is in another room, but I know from last year you can smell the scent as the clothes dry

Hello, I would recommend ditching the scent boosters.
The fact that we get a good whiff of perfume in our nostrils from these artifical scents means that our birds get a whole body full as they have a completely different respiratory system. I personally try not to use anything with scent , no air fresheners, no sprays etc, and laundry products with no perfume if possible. I believe that many of these scented products have been proven to be bad for humans too.

No scents, no furniture polish, no room freshener, no Teflon, no carpet freshener, no smoking etc etc.
Birds breathing system is highly sensitive unlike a humans, they have a highly developed system that takes more oxygen out the air than us... Things like Teflon can kill a bird in minutes and we can't even detect it.
