Parrot In Garden

    there is a parrot in a garden down our road. I can’t see a ring on it. It’s eating fallen apples but I’ve put out parrot food. I’ll try and post a picture. It’s in a village in Warwickshire.

    That looks like a moustached parakeet. I might be wrong though.

    Well done for putting down some parrot food down. Hopefully someone will come forward.

    It looks slightly larger than a Moustached it is likely a Derbyan. However I hope you can encourage it to come down and even capture it, it is a hen whichever one it is.

    the female has the thin light band running from behind the blue head feathers down and behind the black on the cheek
