Ok so I couldn't log on this morning to do a spot of birdie toy shopping. Says my password is incorrect :BangHead:
So just telephoned the website peeps and spoken to Dan.
They have a new website that went live on Tuesday this week.
Sooooo the issue is ... I didn't get informed...nor did the rest of you :risas3:
Ok so everybody has to log on if they have an existing account and it will come up with the same as I got that either email or password is incorrect and you need to reset your password apparently.
Anybody with any questions Dan has volunteered to assist anybody with issues or wishing to confirm the issue.
Dan may change his name by the middle of the day dependant on the amount of calls he gets LMAO :copas:

We had the problem also, resolved by requesting (via the website) a new password. However, anything in your Wish List has gone and we could only see orders back about two years. Placing an order yesterday and it did not want to do the free postage, call to Dan sorted it and we look forwards to our supplies for our new baby BFA when she arrives in a couple of weeks. Dan was really helpful, we have been a NP customer for about 20 years and they always provide exceptional service. Hope they get through the web site glitches soon.

Sorry but prefer old website to the new one and if you place an order after you pay please remember to click on the return to shopping button to sign out securely as you can't do it from the page you are left on and the temptation is to just wander off to another website....
Couldn't get the view trolly thingy to come just across the screen seems to be jammed on the right hand side of the screen.... odd
Also can't just say I want 6 of these then 3 of them and 1 of the other... the quantity has to be selected in the shopping trolly area ... I own multiple parrots that's just a pain in the bum!!!
Been a customer for more years than I care to remember so will persevere .... or end up just breaking it :nehneh:
 
Thanks for the info!! I’m waiting to make an order any time now when the stuff I wanted is back in stock.
 
Just tried to order Daisy a few treats on NP's free post over £19 weekend offer, tried to charge postage! Upped the amount to over £39, their normal post free amount and still tried to charge postage.

They really need to sort that new web site, this is now the third order I have placed elswhere. Such a shame, they have provided me with such good friendly service for over 20 years.
 
Called them last time and did a phone order however the current offer ends tonight. I was also trying to order a 100ml bottle of Avisafe but it kept putting a 500ml in the basket. The 500 was on offer as it had an expiry date of Oct 2022, no way could I change it to 100ml. Have emailed NP, hope they can sort the problems, they have been so good over the years. Have ordered with Parrot Esential this time as they also have a free post offer this weekend.
