My orange winged Amazon parrots eyes

Hello everyone,

I have noticed a film under my parrots eyes. I don’t know if it is normal and I may sound like a paranoid bird mum but I have noticed she’s had this since I took her in 2 months ago. My other blue fronted Amazon doesn’t seem to have this which is why I’m asking. I have attached a slow-motion video of my parrot blinking so you can see the film. Mostly, she blinks completely (eyelid down) and sometimes I can see the film going down with the eyelid and other times (like the video) it’s just the film.
Thank you,

Hi

Could be wrong but to me this doesnt look like anything unsual. Birds have 3 eyelids. Looks like the nictitating membrane to me which is one of 3 eyelids and keeps the eye clear and lubricated.
Thank you. I didn’t realise they had 3 eyelids! That makes a lot of sense, that’s probably it.

Looks normal to me too
But had to have an excuse to say what a beautiful sweetie your feathered friend is.
