Oh thank you I'm a little relievedThat looks ok, colour and consistency will change depending on what he's eaten. Our birds poop is different in that there is not usually as much white urates, ours tend to mainly have clear urine with only small amounts of white. But that doesn't mean that there's a problem necessarily. Maybe others can give their opinion based on their experience.
He ate apples, strawberries, pomegranates, broccoli and Versele laga a19 hand feed foodHey, what have you fed him today?
You are absolutely right. I will get him used to it and not give him a hand-fed food.
But there is a problem, he does not eat pellets. What can I do?

Thank you for information.Hi
When i first got my parrotlet she didn’t eat anything but seeds, she now is on a pellet based diet with fruit and loads of veggies daily.
I have a seed mix with no peanuts or sunflower seeds and i do offer this for her to graze, my african grey is on the same diet.
Transitioning my parrotlet onto pellets was hard work but worth it, she is on harrisons pellets and you can get their item called ‘birdie bread’.
I bought birdie bread and baked as instructed and would put a small amount of this in her food bowl and sprinkle some pellets on top, i gradually over time reduced the birdie bread and seeds and upped her pellets until she was strictly on pellets and no seed. When we did a bit of training id reward with a small pellet (not exceeding her daily amount).
This might not be the correct way to convert but this is what worked for me, she now loves her pellets and tweets away for them at meal times, my parrotlet eats them straight from her bowl
I was very lucky with my grey and he was 5 months when we got him so he was introduced straight away to pellets but he still has his off days.
I put my grey’s pellets in his foraging toy and he loves working for them, i found this makes him want to eat his pellets as he has worked to get one
Yes I am sure of that tooBe reassured that people on this site are very experienced and helpful.
He loves oats. Is it harmful if I give it every day?It is not good for your birds physical and emotional development. You're not allowing him to become fully independent by continuing to hand feed. He is still begging and crying for food like a chick would which at his age isn't healthy. It can cause behavioural issues. He is more dependent on you than he should be at his age.
Ideally he should be eating something like harrisons pellet as mentioned by @MJGB - MikeJenGaryBeckyBoo and a mix of fruit/veg plus some nuts but not too many as they're high in fat. Porridge made with water is good too but I wouldn't give that every single day - more like a couple of times a week. If you give a lot of fruit they will have more urine in their poo because of the high water content. I tend to go for 2/3rds vegetables to 1/3rd fruit as part of the fresh food diet I give my birds every day and then they have harrisons high potency pellet and some nuts as treats.
The formula will make his poo look different from what the "normal" adult birds poo looks like. You've given him a lot of liquid in his diet today which could explain why his poo looks a bit abnormal
