It’s a good time to start training, but keep the sessions short, about 10 minutes to start with, but you can do more than one session a day. It’s short so that you try to keep the birds attention and finish the session when things are going right.

We don’t usually recommend poop training as such, I.e. making your parrot poop on a command, because this can cause issues if they don’t “go” naturally, because they are waiting for a command in order to do so. If you watch the body language and the time, you’ll start to recognise when Birdie is about to go, and you can return them to their cage, stand or over newspaper, to do it.
