We would like all our members to follow a few simple rules whilst using the forum, they are as follows....
No obscenities or vulgar language, this includes posting of videos of birds saying obscene words. Even though most of us are over the age of 18 some people may find it offensive, plus we have a younger generation who view the forum. We wish to teach the younger generation about raising and owning birds.
No linking of threads from other forums, unless you have this and the others forum owners permission. Links to other forums in Signatures or Avatars are not allowed under any circumstances, links to commercial websites are not allowed without prior permission and will be removed.
Everyone likes a debate, but we will not tolerate any members being abusive to one another, if you have a problem please pm a member of staff. Please keep your posts in the parrot care threads relevant to the original question, if you stray too far from the original post your comment may be deleted. This does not apply in the more social forums such as general chat etc.
If your account is inactive for a long period of time, as part of regular forum maintenance your account may be deleted. This will not stop you viewing the forum as a Guest.
Please remember, we are not trained veterinarians, neither do we claim to be them, any advice given on this website is in no way meant as a substitute for the advice of a fully qualified avian veterinarian.
Any opinions expressed on this website may not necessarily be the shared opinion of others, all our members are free to express their own views, and we take no responsibility for the behaviour or views of individuals.
The Parrot Club forums are moderated by volunteers and are here to help in any way they can. Moderators/Admin have the right to edit or delete posts without prior notice that violate the rules above. They are also responsible for keeping promoting participation in the forums. You can spot a moderator/admin because their posts indicate that they are moderators. Please PM a Moderator/Admin member if you have a problem with a post or another member and we will do our best to get it sorted for you.
Enjoy your stay with us xx
