I've been here about 6 years I think I can't really remember haha!! I'm trying not to but I'm trying so hard not to say Aye all the time haha!

We moved down here about 18yrs ago, and would never go back.

Which part of Wales are you looking to move to?

we have been looking in Caerphilly and have got some viewings in Tredegar, not sure where we will end up yet will go wherever we can afford!! that's nice to hear i know im going to love it wherever we end up but im abit worried about the locals excepting us with our Englishness!! xx

I think it depends which part of Wales you move to, here in Pembrokeshire is known as 'Little England Beyond Wales'

although I am pleased to say true Pembs people far outweigh incomers.  I don't know Caerphilly but imagine it is very Welsh.  Have you actually been and stayed there?  We knew Pembrokeshire quite well before we moved and the beaches are just wonderful.   Everyone is so nice and welcoming and have a nice soft accent rather similar to Cornish& Irish really.

Property prices do vary obviously from area to area & depends on what you are looking for.

Kim, never been to Llandudno either!
