Clubfoot

Looks more broken than club foot. Club foot that I have seen is usually them walking almost on their elbow and ankle joint.

It's going to have to see a vet to check out if those claws are going to need to be cut to stop them growing in to the flesh and to double check there's no infection to the pad of the foot such as bumble foot.
If it's a broken foot it needs pain meds until the break can be stabilised and heal to a degree. If it keeps using other parts of its leg to balance there's going to be pressure sores which will lead to infection plus the strain to the other foot.
I would get some of those rope perches easy on the feet easy to sling into the washing machine to clean.
First port of call is most certainly a vet for the birds sake.
Well done on taking on a little one others would pass by due to issues but remember when taking one on there is more commitment than a bird without issues. I know that from owning my little Henni.

Yes a vet may be able to set the toes in the correct position using vet wrap and card to secure them. do you know how old he is?

That looks a very odd angle
The skin on the toes to me looks like a vitamin/mineral deficiency going on.

Poor little thing - glad he’s going to the vet for a closer look at what’s going on x

it looks like it was a birth defect, with three toes facing forwards but the one facing backwards looks sore, so pleased you will get it checked by your vet. It will depend on how the foot can be manipulated on what your vet will advise, I will say do not use a perch in its cage that is rough or covered with a sand perch cover.

Vet says no break its a birth defect I have to have softer perches and don't put in s huge cage and just watch out for pressure sores x so I'm off to look for new perches they also said to use kitchen roll in the bottom so it's softer x

the more layers of paper the better for your bird, sand sheets should be banned as a floor covering, the softer you can make the floor the better chance of your bird recovering from his pressure sores

I used to use kitchen t towels but make sure they don't have loops in the weave so no claws get caught that way you can shake off the seed and just boil wash them.
For perches to soften them get vet wrap. Cheap and very effective at cushioning and easy to change to keep clean. Also cotton rope perches are great.
Had all of those things in my late disabled cocktails cage (Junior).

Just a thought although not sure how useful… when we had a sick parrot vet gave me good idea, we put inside cage horizontally untreated pine wood panel(drilled holes in it and kind of tied it to the cage bars) on the top of the panel we put foam sheet and then cover it with newspaper and towels on top ( I think foam was medium firm and around 2 or 2,5 inches thick) our situation though was different because Rio was having balance issues, so we’ve put panel to create safe not high cage… and Rio as well had platform perch with indents for food and water(friend ordered those for us from The Natural Bird Product Company )
