Cage renew~ how often?

Random question,

How often do you all buy your birds new cages if at all?

Milo’s cage is about 10 years old and the coating is starting to peel off in places. It’s a Nova so it’s safe but I’m wondering if I should start saving up to buy a new one?
The reason I’m hesitant is he loves his cage ( he’s out all day everyday with Java tree and has an aviary so cage is for sleeping ) and they don’t make that one anymore, only the Nova 2 which seems a bit too big considering how long he’s in it.
Does anyone know the dimensions of the Nova? The single one not the double. Can anyone recommend a cage with similar dimensions? I do have space to go bigger

The latest cage purchase was for our female bg macaw, Bebe. We got her a Rainforest Rio Ara. Not sure of the dimensions of the Nova though in comparison.
The Grande Castell that Gary our male bg macaw has, is about 8 years old and has been repaired twice because he's managed to break the bars

Ooooh I think I like the grande castell but at the time didn’t have the room. I’ll look at the Rainforest Ria Ara.

These macaws are so strong aren’t they! Some of Milo’s bars have started to bend where his big perches are!

Rusted or busted it gets scrapped over here. But zero idea how long some cages have been here I dry as I wash them and if any of them makes a water mess then the newspapers soak it up and I make sure after they finish its dry, Last breakage was a wheel popped off but that I mended.

Nova 2 is fecking huge and very heavy I know that from very recent experience that was a real exercise experience ... either that or I am just older than my brain thinks I am

Dora's sleep cage and day cages are 10 yrs old, neither have rusted as like @DizzyBlue they get washed and dried, and dried when she's had a bath. She uses her "travel" cage more than anything as she is out with us in the garden almost every afternoon, and that has been replaced twice in 10 yrs.
