Cage issue - Northern Parrots / Sky Pets

Find out names of manager, and company director(s) etc. Write or resend email to customer service with photos copying in all of them and put it as high priority and read receipts. Say that you want a replacement or full refund immediately as the cage you received is not fit for purpose.
(Don't know if you should /could tell them you have a remarkable number of contacts throughout the parrot community and that you are sharing your experience).

Well we're all here, and they don't know how many we are on the forum!
They can see this folder in the "outside world" 
it is not a hidden folder from the general public looking but not logging in. There is however 4,492 members registered though and that does not include closed accounts or spammers
Latest update.... I no longer have a dedicated person dealing with it. Went for anybody wanting to answer to dedicated and now yet again back to it would seem anybody answering it.
Once again told of the abroad factor, the shipping factor the end of October perhaps arrival depending on weather causing a delay blah blah blah ..... Unless its coming by rowing boat from Timbuctoo that's got zero relevance I know all of that I once upon a time worked for a shipping company dealing in FCL and LCL containers shipping from all convers of the world!
So up in the air as to when it may or may not be here. They have until 31st October to tell me when its going to be here with me. After that point I will just dismantle the bloody thing and ship it back been over 6 months of nothing but excuses and false promises the ooo we're really sorry... if they were it would have been sorted.

The long running saga of the cage from back in April of this year now looks to be sorted.
Just received two roof panels and two side panels. Only one of each was requested and required but now no longer care so long as little un has a safe cage to play in from this point forward is where my brain is coming from. Fell like I've run a marathon.
