Branch

Digging up an old thread for the win :)

I have harvested a few apple tree branches today - two for inside the cage and one larger one that I will install outside the cages. I have F10'd them and will wash them in due course.

My question - the branches have lichen on them (maybe - but it's definitely not moss). I suspect washing will get rid of this but is lichen toxic for parrots?

Just googled this and it says no it is not poisonous. But to be honest I still wash & scrub all branches anyway.
