Mmm, those look delicious. I do rather miss blackcurrants, which don't seem to be available here (not sure if they even grow here in fact). Mrs A has never had any and wants to know what they taste like, but I can't really think of anything to compare them to! The closest she has tried is a sort of sickly redcurrant syrup (which might not even contain real redcurrants), which is occasionally available here as a kind of squash to mix with water.
