Best cockatiel seed mix

Hi all,
Can anybody reccomend me the best seed mix for cockatiels please? I know seeds aren't great, but my two refuse hands down to touch fruit and veg completely and I have got them pellets (Hari Tropican Lifetime Pellets), but they're not eating anywhere near as much as they were, and although they are both eating, as I've seen them at their bowls, I am worried they're not eating enough as their bowls are nowhere near empty each day where as they were when they were on seeds.
The seed mix they were on was Beaphar XtraVital but due to either Brexit or Covid I'm struggling to get hold of this.
Obviously I'd love to leave them on the pellets, but I'm worried they will end up starving themselves, as that's what they do when I offer something they don't like (any fresh food) they will just completely refuse it.
If I can find a good seed mix that isn't cheap, fatty seeds, I will mix it with the pellets, so that they have a mixture of both.
I have seen people talk about Tops and also Tidy mix and wondered which was best and if there were other suggestions out there please!

Mine get Johnson & Jeff Cockatiel and Big Parakeet Mix alongside fresh veggies and fruit I give mine less fruit than veggies and tend to limit citrus stuff. I also allow them to have some of the mix from my Grey's and Amazon's feed (deli nature) just as a bit of variety.
In Australia they live in arid and semi-arid areas that have water in close proximity.
They're prone to becoming obese so don't go overboard.
Got to have access to cuttlefish and mineral blocks.

Thanks. Mine have both cuttlefish and mineral blocks but absolutely will not touch fruit or veg and I have tried loads with them. Which is why I want the best dry food for them! I wish they weren't so fussy, I'm sure one would eat the veg if it wasn't for the other telling him not to!

Maybe try Harrison's pellets, my birds think they are DELICIOUS! It also gives good transition directions
Thank you.
My amazon is on the harrisons pellets and he absolutely loves them! If they weren't so big, I'd try my cockatiels on some of his first to see what they think, so I didn't have to buy a bag to find out they hate them!

Seriously try out the golden harvest mix from Scarletts Parrots, mine are picky eaters but definitely eat that!!!
