Anyone on here from South Wales that keeps green cheeked conure parakeets?

I found one in my garden (Swansea SA1) being chased by the local cat.

Now safe & well and eating well.

Sex unknown and seems to be around 3 years old at a guess.

If unable to find it's owner in the next week I'm looking for someone who's familiar with these birds to see if they take another one.
