Anniversary - Dizzyblue

Thank you all for your kind comments.  DizzyBlue passed away just before this forum was born, his passing is marked elsewhere but he was never in rememberance on here, somehow I wanted him to not be forgotten.

Scarlett - Dizzy did love chatting on the phone so much with Harley it was the one thing he used to be obsessed with hearing him chatter back, and yes those conference pears lol trying to find them when they were out of season just to keep him happy was a whole new ball game!!!

Just daft things like being in the supermarket and seeing the pears, I often think of him, and the first time he tried that comfy clam and loved it, and then telling Harley he had someone in the garden and Harley laughing.

That tragic day lays heavy with me too, but I do remember that little voice too, I know you have many birds that you`ve helped, and animals, and they are all individual, but Dizzy was...well, you know.

Beautiful memories Tascha and I'm in buckets.  Oh Dizzyblue you're special, you stole your mum's heart away when you left and the pain never quite went away, never will.  Fly free sweetheart xxx

Bless you Tascha, we all send a big birdie hug.

Sue

After the thread the other day of talking about what music our birds love found on this thread Music Loving Birds | The Parrot Club
I was playing the song in the first post on this thread my Dizzy's song just to see if any of my current birds like it.
Silence in the house no dancing or joining in just sat listening.
For those of you who have wondered about why my username is DizzyBlue ....... this bird is why.
An elderly rehome with many issues a really hard life ... a wild captured amazon shipped from his own country and forced into a cage for human entertainment labelled a pet when he was so much more and had what was his birth right taken away.
Still luvs ya duck and still miss you soooooooooooooooooo much :broken-heart: everything always for you sweetie x
