Air purifer

I use large room tower ones made by HoMedics with true HEPA filters and uvc lights.
Also have their humidifier it's getting on it years now but its awesome.
Easy to maintain easy to use and quiet as well.

Thanks 🥰. Do you mind if I ask how much the filters are and how many times a month do you change please. I have no clue about these or the price. Will this be suitable for my grey? Or, the one I've been looking at.

I can only speak to experience of the model I use, for a "moderately-sized" free-flying flock of parakeets living in an small- or average-sized living room. The genuine filters cost £30 approx but I get a pattern make which is two for £30. The recommended replacement schedule is every six months.

What I do is I take the filters out into the garden once per month and brush them off (the neighbours think it's snow flurries). I replace them after approx twelve months as I am not made of money :D
 
We have an 3M Filtrete, now discon unfortunately but it is three speed which can be useful. Hoovering filters regularly helps make them last longer. This one has a feature that tells you when it is cream crackered and needs changing (or hoovering:watchout:). £30 each 😮
