9 - I believe I've seen them called Yule Logs (which shows a lot of contemporary confusion about what a Yule Log is actually supposed to be). :applaudit:

I have the answers...and it was me that has been editing the posts with the :applaudit: symbol where the answers are correct - or a comment if they aren't...sorry if that wasn't clear...it's not always easy to do stuff on the phone when I'm out and about

20 - Bit before my time, but that would have been a silver sixpence (it's amazing to think how much British money was worth back then compared to now - a low denomination coin like a sixpence held its value in siliver!)

:applaudit:The answer sheet says a coin....but I recall as a child it was a sixpence traditionally.
