Hi Kendra I've had him about 5 weeks now, I know it's going to be a long process with him but if I'm honest he doesn't trust me even a tiniest bit more than he did when he first arrived, was hoping for just a tiny sign from him that we were heading in the right direction@Alan M you have only had him about 2 weeks, it is such a short time for him for to accept his new home which is so different to his past one, they can easily takes months, even years as my Dusky Grey but he was 18 years when he came to me.
@MichaelReynolds What do you think?
Hi Michael I read a reply that you posted on another thread where you were mentioning the colours on the wing or tail of feral ringnecks, the guy I bought it from still has them for sale with a video, the bird in the video isn't my one but it has the exact same colouring, I'll post the linkHow I would love to meet your bird, ok I do think it may of been a feral bird, they can take around four months to settle in a home environment, carry on what you are doing, you just need to relax and have patients. could the bird be scared of you, yes but he will get over it,
