Mines a Black Headed Caique and he/she is still available partly because I'm not putting any effort in to advertising him/her because I want to keep him.
Hi Jaynemc,
I have two Black Headed Caiques that are 20 wks old for sale They are exceptional cuddle and tame, weaned onto a pellet diet and enjoy all fruit and veg. I am in East Yorkshire about 40 mins outside York.
Hi. Kev
That's no problem. I would recommend Scarlett's Parrot Essentials for your set up.
When you have made 10 post then you can pm me.
Many thanks
Lee
I personally would still have separate cages if I had two as pets.
With regards to breeding it would be difficult for them without the correct environment ie nestbox etc
If it was for company there is alway the option of a Caique and a different species.
The ones here have not been sexed...
In all honest and I think others will agree that if any bird can entertain itself for the day then its a Caique.
You provide the toys and they will do the rest.
The never stop they just seem to enjoy life and make the most of it.
Hi Kev,
We are near Driffield about an hour or so outside Leeds
They will travel fine. Can I ask why two?
Generally Caiques are better housed in separate cages if they are to stay tame.
Regards
Lee
