Tidymix looks a lot cleaner and Rio is getting stuck in!! So with this, 40% veg/fruit and some added nuts daily this should be ok for him?? Does anyone know a rough guideline as to how many grams of extra nuts he should be having for the fat content please?? Thanks again all of you for your help!!

No they have been unshelled. At the moment I am using nuts to get him to come to me to take them by his cage door with it open. He accepted hand feeding on the first day with us going to him so now I am making him come to me which he is doing. I have managed to stroke his head a couple of times...
