Hi,
I have no issues with getting Ollie to step up. He will put his foot out usually to my arm and now a perch as well. Hands on the other hand are a no. When i try he puts his head down so i cant get very close or he will make the noise he makes before he bites. He also lunges for my hand. He doesnt do this with anything else though. Ive tried letting him see the treat and it still doesnt make a difference. I can stroke his beak and ive scratched his head once too a couple of days ago but previously he has lunged at me. Usually hes ok with having his beak stroked if i approach him slowly.
Any ideas on how to get him on there without biting? Preferably like to keep my fingers if possible lol
