In my opinion that's far too much. Have you already placed the order?
I can only tell you that over the years all my parrots have have Tidymix parrot mix, fresh fruit & veg daily, nuts like unsalted cashews/walnuts/pistachios that I buy from Lidl, Pine nuts which can you get in supermarkets or from Tidymix own website.
They also have the occasional millet spray, plus wholemeal seeded piece of bread or rye bread.
I am sure other members will be along with good advice.

lol, you've done almost exactly what i did and i have a cupboard full of bits he won't touch :)

i would personally wait and see what he's on and what he likes, other wise (like me) you'll have a load of stuff in a cupboard doing not a lot.
Lol oh dear ive doing it now 😬 i had fun picking it if it makes it any better and unpacking it 🙄 got some toys an training perch to aint all bad i suppose.

We have all done it hun! Lots of ingredients are available at supermarkets or health food suppliers re sprouting.

Go through and look at the ingredients listed, you are learning what is OK and what is not hun. Please remember that food stuffs for parrots still need to rotated and used in a decent amount of time. You may need to re evaluate what is good to keep and perhaps see if any can be returned unopened of course?

he eats the harrisons and some nutriberries, the stuff at the back is full as well.

I haven't shown you the boxes of toys, bits and bobs that he won't touch, so im speaking for experience, lots of wasted experience :)
